Digital interfaces present challenges for people with a disability unless they are authored correctly. We perform extensive testing of websites, intranets, web applications, desktop applications, mobile applications, and digital documents to help you discover how usable they are by people who are not just blind but have impaired hearing, motor control or cognitive ability or other disabilities. We achieve this by technically and manually testing using a team of pan-disabled users, which allows us to achieve more accurate results.
We’ll provide detailed analysis of accessibility issues, helping you better understand accessibility problems and we’ll work with you to correct them.

A Web Accessibility Audit will enable your organisation to identify accessibility issues your website may have and indicate the necessary changes that need to be implemented to improve those issues.
The Web Accessibility Audit will be tested by a pan disability testing team using assistive technology and adaptive hardware such as Voice Activation software, screen reading software and adapted keyboards. In conjunction with the testing team the site will be checked using automated testing tools that will scan each page on the site for accessibility issues. Both these tests combined create a complete and comprehensive account of your website content. This content is checked against the WCAG 2.0 guidelines.
Smart Test is the smartest way to identify accessibility issues that may be present on your site. By supplying 10 of your most used pages, we can analyse the accessibility issues present and report how to fix them.
A Website Design Review is a milestone process within the product development process where a design is evaluated and verified to see if any potential accessibility issues can be identified at the earliest stage possible. This process will potentially save further work for the developers.
With 77% of the UK population using a mobile device to search for good and services it is vitally important to have an accessible mobile website or web application. A Mobile Web Accessibility Test will conduct a mobile accessibility test using a variety of modern mobile devices including Android and iOS. Your current content will be checked against Mobile Web Best Practices guidelines and we can advise you on how to deliver a seamless and intuitive mobile application.
All Web platforms are audited to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG)
The WCAG 2.0 covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. Following these guidelines will make content accessible to a wider range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of these. Following these guidelines will also often make your Web content more usable to users in general.
Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is an American Law requiring Federal agencies who develop, procure, maintain, or use electronic and information technology, to ensure that employees with disabilities have equal access to information and data. Section 508 also requires that public individuals with disabilities seeking information or services from a Federal agency, have equal access to information.

The Smart Interceptor is a concept originally conceived by Steve Lawrence in the early part of 2012. Essentially, the idea is for the creation of an application that sits between an internet booking engine, or any other form of travel search application, and content providers. Content providers could be GDSs, Bed Banks, direct connect airlines, or any other providers of content that can be searched via an API or web services connection.FIND OUT MORE
